Sprinkle some salt, seasoning cube anf pounded fresh pepper then twist it. Place something heavy on it for 10 to 15 minutes. If it's left for too long, most of the liquid will come out and it will have a dry texture.
    3. Remove it from the cloth and cut it up into desirable shapes and size. Fry it on medium heat. You can also get a bowl with seasoning cube and soak each one in the seasoned water before frying.

    One final note: Serve the tofu within an hour or so for maximum crispiness. If refrigerated, the pieces will lose their crispiness and become chewy.
