3. In another bowl…add margarine and sugar..beat till fluffy..then add eggs one by one..beat well till frothy….divide 1/3 of the batter in a different bowl…then in another bowl…(in a cup of hot water..add cocoa and coffee mix well and add in this other egg mixture…fold in and do not over fold)
4. Add the flour mixture to the margarine mixture…mix well as you add milk bit by bit…till it's well mixed..do not overmix
5. Now in your Baking tin…line it with margarine and dust with flour…then the darker batter..take a spoonful of it and pour at the centre of your baking tin..then the other batter… incorporate till you're done..
6. Then bake at 160°..for 30-35 minutes in a pre-heated oven…
7. Gen a skewere comes out clean it's ready…enjoy with a glass of milk or any juice😉♥️
