Take 2 bowls wheat flour

Get 1 bowl roasted gram without peel,grind it coarsely

Take 1 big size brinjal,roast it on stove and move it continuously
Get 1 garlic
Take 1 onion
Get 1 tomato
Make ready 1 green chilli chopped finely
Make ready 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Make ready 1 teaspoon Amchur powder
Prepare to taste Salt
Get As required Mustard oil

Instructions to make Chokha Baati Daal:
Knead the dough add two spoon oil to make it smooth and add a pinch of salt.
Make small balls and fill it with stuffing, do the same with all dough, it will make 16 to 18 baati.
Pre heat OTG for five minutes at 300 degrees, grease the tray and put all baati in one go, bake it for 15 minutes, turn around in between so that all the sides cook equally.
Meanwhile peel of roasted brinjal and mash it properly. Heat the kadai, add mustard oil, put ginger, garlic and green chilies, stir it for two minutes then add chopped onion and tomatoes,salt, red chilli powder again cook it for two minutes add mashed brinjal, cook it for five minutes and add amchur powder.
Garnish it with green coriander leaves, by this time your Baati are also ready to be served. Serve it hot with pure ghee, chokha and you can add dal also. For a change it will be a wonderful lunch and I am sure you will relish it too.
