    25. Get 1 medium eggplant, roasted, skin discarded & mashed
    26. Get 1 potato, boiled & mashed
    27. Get to taste salt

    31. Prepare 1 tbsp. mustard oil

    12. Bring all the edges together and make a round ball. Flatten it slightly. Fill rest of the dough with the stuffing and keep aside.
    13. Heat oil in a pan and gently slide the Litti into it…..
