    14. Prepare 10-15 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
    15. Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
    16. Prepare 1 tbsp Mustard oil

    19. Make ready 2 Eggplant/Brinjal (medium size)
    20. Take 4 tomatoes (medium size)
    21. Get 4 boiled potatoes (medium size)
    22. Get 1/2 cup onion (optional)
    23. Take 2 green chilies (chopped)
    24. Prepare 1/3 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
    25. Take 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
    26. Get 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
    27. Take 2 tbsp Mustard oil
    28. Take Salt as per taste

    Instructions

    Steps to make Litti Chokha in Appam Pan:

    1. For Litti dough- Add all the ingredients into wheat flour and knead it into a soft dough. Cover and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
    2. For Litti Filling- Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
    3. For Assembling Litti- β€’ Divide the dough into small balls. Roll it and make it into bowl shape (edges are little thinner than the center)
    4. Place about 2tbsb Sattu mixture in the middle of the dough and close it. Remove excess dough.
    5. Now heat the Appam pan on medium & grease each moulds with little ghee. Place the Littis in Appam pan. Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
    6. After 3-4 minutes check it. Turn it and let the other side roast for another 3-4 min on low-medium flame until golden brown.
    7. For chokha- Take Eggplant & tomatoes washed and dried well. Grease them with little Mustard oil. Then put over a net and roast it on low-medium heat. Time to time flip it and roast all around till skin turns black.
    8. Once roasted take out the eggplant & tomatoes in plate. Peel the skin after cooling (it takes 15-20 minutes to roast). Add boiled potatoes and mash well with a potato masher.
    9. Add onion, ginger, garlic, chilies, coriander, mustard oil and salt. Chokha is ready.
    10. For serving- pour some hot ghee over Littis and serve with Chokha.
