    1. Heat oil in a pan/kadai. Crackle cumin seed, add garlic, ginger and green chillies finely chopped. Cook for 2 mins on high flame.
    2. Add onions, saute well. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix well. Now add paneer and coriander leaves. Mix well. Add 1-2 tsp water if reqd. Allow the water to evaporate and let all ingredients mix well with each other.
    3. Add salt to it, mix again. Let the mixture be dry.
    4. Now to make the dough, take all ingredients and make a soft dough. Knead it for 2 mins and let it rest for sometime.
    5. To make the sauce, melt the butter and add all ingredients to it, mix well. Keep it aside. Cut the cheese cubes in four portions.
    6. Now take a small ball of the dough, roll it, take little portion of the stuffing and place a cheese cube in the centre and cover it and roll it between your palms to make a ball.
    7. Similarly make all the bombs, brush it with the sauce. Bake it at 180°c for 20 mins
    8. Bake it for 20 mins or till it turns golden brown. Remove and serve with coriander chutney.

    The dough is wrapped around the cheese sealing it in. The stuffed ball is then rolled and brushed with oil before breaking. We enjoyed Naan with Paneer Kalimirch.
