    2. Prepare 2 medium onion
    3. Get 2 medium size tomato

    7. Make ready as needed grated mozzarella cheese

    1. Make a fine paste of onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and green chilli.
    2. Take a non-stick pan. Put oil on a pre heated pan.
    3. Add cumin seeds. Then add that fine paste.
    4. Roast this paste until it leaves oil on the sides.
    5. Add turmeric, salt, coriander powder and mix them well.
    6. Spread this roasted paste evenly in the pan.
    7. Spread the grated mozrella cheese on the masala.
    8. Gently crack eggs directly in the pan on the cheese and sprinkle salt and black pepper as per taste.
    9. Add few drops of water on the sides of the pan.
    10. Cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
    11. Dish is ready to Serve.
