    4. Now when the mixture cools down and add salt to taste, red chilli flakes, black pepper and mozrella cheese. And now take half cooked chapati and heat the tawa and place chapati over it and fill it with filling as shown
    5. I love more cheese so added cheese over it too and fold the chapati and cooked both the sides.
    6. And cut into two parts and serve it
