    1. Take 1/2 cup white chocolate
    2. Make ready 2-3 tbsp mango pure
    3. Take 1 1/2 bowl milk
    4. Get 4-5 tbsp gits basundi premix
    5. Take 6-7 readymade puri of Golgappe
    6. Get Garnish
    7. Take 1/2 cup mixed fruits chopped(apple, chickoo,pomogrante)
    8. Prepare 2-3 tbsp chopped dry fruit
    9. Make ready Mint leaves for garnish
    10. Take Mango for garnish

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Choco Mango Golgappe:

    1. In a bowl add water with the help of double boiler melt the white chocolate. Meanwhile in a jar add chopped mango and make a pure. As chocolate melts add mango puree and mix it.
    2. Now take puri make a small hole in centre. Dip this puri into mango-chocolate mixture. Coat it well from all side and place it on plate.(trikky is carefully place the hole part down wards side.) Refrigerate them for 1 hr.
    3. In a bowl add milk as milk boils add basundi premix stir it for 2min to avoid lumps. Then slow the gas cook it for 10-15min. After 15min turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.
    4. In a serving plate keep puri and add chopped apple, pomogrante, chickoo and dry fruits then add ready basundi into it. Garnish with mint leaves serve immediately. (Or you can serve it in a side glass)
