    6. Now add 1 cup water and cook chicken covered on slow heat.
    7. When chicken is cooked add chopped methi leaves and do not cover the Wok.
    8. Leave chicken on slow heat till oil leaves masala and your leaves are cooked too.
    9. Now add cream and Garam masala powder and leave it for another few minutes.
    10. If you prefer put the burning coal in gravy for smoky flavour.
