    1. Get 1 1/2 kg Chicken bone
    2. Take 1 1/2 tbsp Salt

    13. Prepare 3 Cardamom pods
    14. Get 1 inch Cinnamon stick
    15. Take 5-6 Cloves
    16. Take 1 tsp Caraway seeds
    17. Take for the thick gravy
    18. Take 1/2 cup Tomato puree
    19. Make ready 3 Onions thinly sliced and fried
    20. Get As needed Oil
    21. Prepare 200 gm Yoghurt
    22. Get 3 pinch Red food colour
    23. Prepare 1/2 cup Coriander and Mint leaves finely chopped
    24. Take 1 cup Spring Onions finely chopped

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Hyderabadi Dum Ka Laal Murgh Party Style Red Chicken:

    1. First of all, make a smooth paste of Charoli seeds, Almonds, Cashewnuts and Green chillies. Marinate the Chicken with all the powdered spices and this paste. Keep aside for 2 hours. Do not add the Whole spices.
    2. In a large vessel, heat Oil and Ghee both. Add the whole spices. Saute for a minute. Now add the fried and crushed Onions, beaten Yoghurt and the Tomato puree. Allow it to cook for a minute or two on a low heat. Now add the marinated Chicken. Cover with a lid. Allow to cook on a medium high heat at first for 10 minutes. Then simmer for a good 20 minutes until done on a low heat. I have added a few Whole Green chillies too. It's optional.
    3. Do not add water at all. The Chicken should get cooked in it's own juices. Mix in the food colour. Garnish with chopped Coriander and Mint leaves. Spring Onions are an excellent option. Though it's not a must. Serve this juicy Red Chicken with a lovely gravy that will make you fall in love with it. The aroma is heavenly.
