    1. Trim the fat from the Chicken. - Wash thoroughly. Prick them all over with a fork.
    2. Marinate the Chicken with the Harissa Paste & Oil. - Cover & Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
    3. Cook in a hot Grill. I used my Indoor Electric Grill. Took about 5 minutes on “Sensor Cook”. (Preheated).
    4. You may use a Grill Pan too. - Cook for 5-6 minutes each side over medium heat.
    5. Serve hot with grilled veggies of your choice.
