The ingredients needed to make Chikoo Halwa:
Take 1/2 kg chikoo
Get 3 tablespoons ghee
Prepare 2 tablespoons sugar
Prepare 50 grams milk powder
Prepare 50 grams mawa(optional)
Prepare Few chopped dry fruits
Make ready 150 ml milk

Steps to make Chikoo Halwa:
Firstly peel the chickoo and cut into small pieces.
Put them into grinder and make a fine paste.
Heat ghee in a wolk for 2 minutes. And add chikoo paste. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add milk mix well and hain cook it for 5 to 7 minutes by stirring continously.
Once the mixture become slightly thick add sugar to it and agine cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add milk powder,mawa and dry fruits to it. Mix well and again cook it by continuously stirring in between. Cook it until the mixture become thick completely.
Chikoo halwa is ready. Garnish it with some dryfruits and serve hot.
