    4. Few minute later. Once Turai release water turn the heat to medium.
    5. In about 5 to 7 minutes as the cooker starts steaming turn the heat
    6. Down to medium and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
    7. Turai Is ready to serve with rice or naan
