Get 4 cup gobi /florets gobi
Get 2 cup potatoes peeled/chopped
Take 1 onion chopped
Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Take in a large Kadai heat oil, add ginger garlic paste saute it.
Turn it brown, add chopped onion. Saute well.
Now add chopped green chilli and saute for a min.
Keeping the flame on low add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder,chilli powder.
Mix well,until the spices turn aromat.
Add potatoes,fry it for 5 min.
Add Gobi mix gently without breaking them. Further more add garam masala and coriander leaves.
