Add caramel to pan by leaving the tip of the spoon touch the bottom of the pan making the caramel melt.
Move shrimps around to evenly coat them. Let rest until the caramel start to bubble. Don't wait too long or it will stick to pan;
Move around again and add oatmeal to the shrimps; Let oatmeal cook for about 45 seconds;
Lightly dust shrimps with paprika on both side to desired taste;
Remove shrimps from pan and serve the way you like. Make sure shrimps are orangy-red color for proper cooking;
I used a small flat bread and lettuce for my lunch and tasted great.
