    1. Take 1 small bunch methi leaves(cleaned and washed, finely chopped)
    2. Prepare 3 medium sized onions
    3. Prepare 3 medium sized tomatoes
    4. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
    5. Get 2 green chillies
    6. Get 1 Small bowl Peas(boiled)
    7. Take Little whole garam masala
    8. Make ready As per taste All Spices including Salt
    9. Take Few cashews and little khuskhus
    10. Get 1/2 Cup Malai ya Cream
    11. Get As required Oil/ butter

    Steps to make Methi Malai Peas Sabzi:

    1. Boil chopped Methi leaves with a little salt, strain it.make paste of khuskhus, cashews. In a big Kadai put Oil and 1 tbsp butter, when heating put whole garam masala (tezpatta Elachi, dalchin, Jeera,cloves) fry for few minutes, put chopped Onions, fry till it's done (slightly pinkish),add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, stir for a while, after cooling, blend it.
    2. Now blend strained methi leaves also. In the Kadai put oil, put a paste of khuskhus cashews paste, fry continuously, put onions paste and fry it, put tomatoes mixture and put methi mixture add boiled peas, stir it, put all spices including salt and now put malai in the sabzi.
    3. Cover the Kadai for five minutes and sprinkle with cream, little garam masala powder and serve hot with chapati or naan.
