    1. Cut the cauliflower finely and chop tomatoes roughly. Chop the coriander leaves.
    2. In kadhai, add oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add turmeric and asafoetida. Add curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves and sauté for a minute. Add tomato and sauté.
    3. Add cauliflower and sauté. Add little water and cook with lid for 15-20 minutes. Add other masaala and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes and satvik sabji is ready.
