Take 3 boiled potatoes
Make ready 1 tsp Jeera (cumin)powder
Prepare Pinch hing/asafoetida
Prepare 1 green chilli
Prepare 1/4 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
Make ready 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
Get Red chilli powder as per taste
Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Prepare 11/4 tsp coriander powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp amchur(dry mango) powder
Make ready to taste Salt
Make ready 2 tbsp oil
Prepare 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Steps to make Dry Potato Sabzi:
Chop the boiled potatoes and put salt and mix well and keep aside.
Keep all masalas ready.
In a kadai take oil and add jeera, hing and chopped chilli. You can also add curry leaves. I have not added as was not available.
As jeera crackles reduce the flame to low and add all masalas and saute for a min.
Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins.Once done add amchur powder and chopped coriander and mix well. Serve hot with chapati.
