    1. Get 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
    2. Prepare 1 cup Peanuts
    3. Get 1 cup Roasted chana dal
    4. Take 1 cup Makhana
    5. Take 1 cup Jaggery (use natural chemical free)
    6. Prepare 3 Tbsp Ghee

    Instructions

    1. Dry roast pumpkin seeds, peanuts, makhana,roasted chana dal on a low flame until it gets crispy.
    2. In a big bowl add all ingredients excluding ghee.
    3. Make a fine powder in a mixer jar.
    4. Transfer in a big plate and add ghee.You can add cardamom at this stage.(optional)
    5. Make small equal size balls.
    6. Protein bombs are ready to eat!
