    Steps to make Kathal ki Sabzi:

    1. Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. Fry kathal pcs at high flame till light brown. Keep aside.
    2. Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
    3. Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
    4. Add onion paste, again add lil water, stir fry it for a while.
    5. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown.
    6. Now add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add lil water, give a stir.
    7. Cook it at low flame till oil separates.
    8. Add garam masala powder & salt, give a stir.
    9. Add kathal pcs, stir it nicely at high flame.
    10. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil separates.
    11. Remove the lid now, increase the flame, give a stir again.
    12. Now add boiled water accordingly so as to keep a lil thin gravy (not runny).
    13. Place the lid now, give 3-4 whistles. Lower the flame now, cook it for 15-20 minutes.
    14. Switch off the flame now, open the lid after 5 minutes of cooling.
    15. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
    16. Have it with Roti or Paratha.
