Cover a lid, keep aside.
    3. Turn on gas, keep a tawa on medium flame, make small balls from thepla dough. Take 1 ball, with the help of rolling pin and round board, make a round thepla, put on tawa, roast it perfectly on both sides by applying oil, till it turns golden brown. Same like prepare all theplas.
