Mix all the ingredients except moong daal, noodles and besan
Make the paste of besan flour
Fry the noodles and keep it aside.
Make the balls of the mixture dip in the besan flour and wrap moong daal around keep all the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes
Remove from the fridge and fry until golden brown
Decorate according to the picture and serve hot with ketchup or schejwan sauce
