Cut tomatoes & onions into small pieces. Heat a pan add oil add onion and salt so that it cooks fast. Cook till turns transparent and soft.
Add red garlic Chutney and mix well and stir continuously till merges well. Add chopped tomatoes and saute it for few mins.
When colour changes and softens turn off gas, cool it.
Grind it in mixer grinder into smooth puree. Heat a small kadai add oil & mustard when starts cracking turn off gas and add red chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida. Pour on Chutney. Mix and serve it.
