Get 1 nariyal/coconut
Take 1 tablespoon peanut
Get 1 tablespoon chana dal/gram pulse
Prepare 1/4 tablespoon jeera/ cumin seed
Take 1/4 teaspoon rai/mustard
Take 2 tsp curry leaves
Make ready 2 dry red chilli
Get tadka
Take 2 tsp oil
Take 2 tsp curry leaves
Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Make ready 3 Dry Red chilies

Instructions to make Nariyal Chutney:
First take one pan for rosting all dry ingredients like peanut,gram pulse,cumin seed,mustard,red chilli,cari leaves till 5 minutes.
Then cut coconut in small pieces and mix dry ingredients and grind all in mixture grinder with help of some water.make smooth thick paste.
Take this paste in pan and boil this for 2 minutes then gas off.
For tadaka:- put one tadaka pan in gas and add some oil and add mustard,cumin seed,red chilli,cari leaves and add this tadaka in coconut paste.
Ready to serve this nariyal chatani to eat idli,dosa or appe.
