Make ready 1 small green pepper
Make ready 2 tbsp almond powder
Get 2 tbsp lemon juice
Take Half tsp cumin powder
Prepare to taste Salt

Take 1 cup bread crumbs
Get 2 eggs beaten

Mince all the 1st step ingredients in grinder
After grinding add step 2 ingredients in it and mix step 1 and step 2 ingredients all together
Now grind the green chutney Ingredients all together and make a thick chutney
Now spread the grinded mixture on to a big piece of greased foil (grease with oil
Now spread green chutney, roll it tightly like a Swiss roll and lastly roll it with a foil bake on 180oc for a our 30 to 40 mins
When done open the foil and let the logs cool down, refrigerate for an hour before slicing
Now dip the sliced rolls in egg and bread crumbs, fry on medium heat till. Golden, serve with ant chutney of your choice ❤️
