    Instructions

    Steps to make Gurasa (bandashe):

    1. In a bowl combined flour,salt,yeast,sugar and mix,gradually add water to form a dough,then add oil and knead it for 5 mins,then cover and allow it to rise for 1hr,after 1 hr divide dough into 12,and grease your palm then flattened it as shown here, turn on heat,heat up a pan,then gently place each flattened dough as show,be sure to lower the heat,cover and allow it to cook,
    2. After some min,open and flip the gurasa bread,and take them off heat when done,repeat with the rest of the dough,you can flattened it on the working surface
    3. And here is the bread ready,now for the kulikuli yaji add all the above mentioned amd grind till powdered
    4. The bread is so soft and taste awesome already,u can take it plain with tea or any other soft drink
    5. Here is your yaji done,sliced veggies ready,now arrange like 5 bread as shown and drizzle them with oil each
    6. Sprinkle yaji,back and front,then sprinkle the veggies,and then cover them with more yaji,repeat till all are done and covered well with yaji and veggies
    7. Like shown
    8. Here it is wen done,u can cut the gurasa into more smaller size like i did mine
