    1. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil to the medium flame then add sesame seeds, urad daal, ginger fry for 2-3 minutes.
    2. After that add chopped Amla and curry leaves and fry for a minute in high heat and add salt mix it well.
    3. Once Amlas have to be slightly roasted, add grated coconut and add soaked Tamarind.
    4. After that switch off flame and mix well.Cool and transfer to blender, then grind a fine paste.
    5. For tempting: take a pan to add oil, Mustard seeds, urad daal, broken red chili, and curry leaves now put the mixture all over the chutney evenly and enjoy your yummy Amla chutney.
