Instructions to make Stuffed Matar-Paneer Bombs:
In nonstick cooking kadhai add 1 tbsp oil,add & do tempering of cumin seeds and asafoetida,add chillies-ginger paste,saute for 30 secs,add dry mango powder, grated paneer garam masala, mix well.
Add grinded green peas mixture, salt and sugar powder,mix and cook for few minutes.
Cool the mixture and make 8 round balls of equal size.
Wash, chopped spinach and grind in mixer grinder jar to smooth paste (if needed add 1-2 tbsp water). In mixing bowl add besan, spinach paste, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and salt to taste mix and make semi thick batter.(No need to add water)
Heat oil for heating in frying pan. As it get hot,dip prepared matar- paneer ball in spinach besan batter,with spoon coat it evenly.
Drop it hot oil, similarly repeat this process with other prepared matar- paneer balls. Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown in colour.
Serve/ relish Hot Stuffed Matar-Paneer Bombs with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
