    This Korean side dish (banchan) is healthy and delicious. Tofu, also known as bean curd is a food prepared by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into solid white blocks of varying softness; it can be silken, soft, firm, or extra firm.     Instructions

    Instructions to make Spicy tofu (awara):

    1. In a pan add cooking oil, sliced onions, garlic and curry powder and fry for some minutes
    2. Add scotch bonnet, green pepper seasonings, soy sauce and continue mixing until they are cooked
    3. Add tofu and pour the sauce over, mix on low medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu
    4. Done
